This policy explains what personal information laurynlewis.com collects, why it is collected, and what choices you have. It applies to this website only.
Who is responsible for your information

What is collected
- Information you send us. If you email the address listed on this site, you provide whatever information you choose to include in that message.
- Technical information. Standard web server logs may record your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the date and time of your visit.
No special category information is requested. Please do not send sensitive personal information by email.
Why it is used
- To read and reply to your partnership inquiry.
- To evaluate, negotiate, and administer a brand agreement if one follows.
- To keep the site secure and working correctly.
- To understand which pages are useful, in aggregate.
Your information is never sold, rented, or traded.
Legal basis, for visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom
Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, information you send by email is processed on the basis of steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and on the basis of legitimate interests in operating and securing the site.
Who else sees it
Information may be handled by service providers acting on our instructions: Netlify, which hosts this site. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, or to professional advisers in connection with a partnership agreement.
How long it is kept
Inquiry submissions are kept for up to 24 months from the last contact, unless a partnership agreement requires a longer period for tax or contractual records. Server logs are kept for a short operational period.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to your personal information, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy in a portable format. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. This site does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by that law.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
This site runs no analytics or tracking, so there is no browsing activity to sell, share, or respond to a signal about. Browser Do Not Track signals are not currently standardised and are not acted on separately.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site sets no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and uses only what is needed to serve pages. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop the inquiry form from working.
Children
This site is aimed at brands and business contacts. It is not directed at children under 13, and personal information is not knowingly collected from them. If you believe a child has sent information, email us and it will be deleted.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection and reasonable safeguards are used to protect information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Links to other sites
Pages may link to social platforms and third party sites. Those services have their own privacy policies and this one does not cover them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
